We sell our Shiitake mushrooms and Cloud ear mushrooms harvested in the morning at “Farmer’s Store” in Nagashima Farm. Please enjoy the freshness of the mushrooms!

We also have Dried Shiitake mushrooms, Dried Cloud ear mushrooms, Shiitake mushroom powder, Shiitake mushrooms boiled in soy sauce ( Shiitake Tsukudani), and Cloud ear mushrooms boiled in soy sauce ( Kikurage Tsukudani).
